Group Diet - Day Four!

not know about you but to me things are going too well.
Eating in a balanced way and going to do some movement every day, my body is feeling it in a positive way.
already feel my legs more firm and the skin is slightly longer smooth.

Dinner: pizza + beer or coke (small)
Dinner: saltimbocca Proscar. ham and mozzarella + beer or coke (small)

Before going to bed herbal tea fennel

REMEMBER : between meals if you are hungry and the other my advice is to resist, but if your hunger is more physically and mentally then treat yourself to only cucumber, fennel and carrots!
