Group Diet - Day Two!

How is your first day of dieting?
me very well ... the mere thought that I'm doing something healthy for my body, it makes me feel better!
Before lunch, I also made a nice shower and got all increments, now they are soft smooth and fragrant! * _ *
And tonight I have already found the company for a walk of 45 minutes. Between a chat and the other will be even easier:)
Meanwhile we spend the second day of the diet, what of tomorrow. And as each day you repeat the rules to follow, so that you keep good in mind every time.
DIET ADVICE (read carefully) : I will give two options for each meal, so choose what you will - you must drink at least one and a half liters of water a day, something better than less - it is filled the refrigerator cucumbers, carrots and fennel are the only food that will save you from hunger between meals and other things - like your seasonings, but remember that eating is good for the movement little seasoned, the blood, heart - remember to apply moisturizer every day - remember to walk briskly at least 45 minutes a day - followed very part-time - followed the diet correctly, the only way you will see results .

Breakfast: 150 ml milk + 100 g of cereal + coffee
Breakfast: orange juice + a toast with ham
( from 10 am to 12)
Snack: 30 grams of pistachio

(starting at 13 at 15)
Lunch: 50 gr. pasta with tomato + a plate of salad dressed only with vinegar
Lunch: lentil soup + a small square of dark chocolate
(from 16 to 19 hours)
snack: a fruit to taste
Snack: 30 grams of cheese (to taste)
(starting at 20 at 22)
Dinner: liver + mashed potatoes
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + mashed potatoes
Before going to bed: a chamomile
Before going to bed: a purifying herbal tea
REMEMBER: If between-meal hunger and the other is there my advice is to resist, but if your hunger is more physically and mentally then treat yourself to just cucumbers , fennel and carrots!
