Group Diet - Day Five!

Ehehehehehe ... This Sunday will be a day like no other. It will be based more on time, so the important thing is to follow the timetable, please!

You must eat every hour (x example, at 9am, then at 10, then to 11 ... ... etc.)

You can eat from 9 am until 21 pm, so I'm maximum of 13 "meals" throughout the day . But if for example you get up late and start to eat at 12, your meals will not increase from 13 to 10, then do not do the crafty : P
Not knowing your tastes will list at least 26 "meals" to give more choice. In addition to tomorrow
Avoid coffee ! I know it will be difficult but the coffee slows the metabolism and does not go well at all, and then this little effort.

- 1 fruit
