Group Diet - Day One!

Ok girls, now it really begins:)
We go first to submit your midst! You
: Anna, Angela, Marie, Sara, Ilaria, Robert, Helen, Eleanor, Denise, and I Federica (for now).
Unfortunately someone has not had time to "register" the program, but we will give another 24 hours to any other to send me their data ( read this post) at testit@virgilio.it .

DIET ADVICE (read carefully) : I will give two options for each meal, so choose what you will - you must drink at least one and a half liters of water a day, something better than less - it is filled the refrigerator cucumbers, carrots and fennel are the only food that will save you from hunger between meals and other things - like your seasonings, but remember that eating slightly flavored is good for circulation, blood, heart - remember to apply moisturizing cream every day - remember to walk briskly at least 45 minutes a day - followed a very time - follow the diet correctly, the only way you will see results .

(from 7am to 9am)
Breakfast: 150 ml milk + 50 g cereal + coffee
Breakfast: a yogurt Fruit + cereal bar + tea

(from 10 am to 12)
snack: a fruit to taste
Snack: yogurt

(starting at 13 at 15)
Lunch: vegetable soup + 50 grams of toasted bread
Lunch: 100 grams of rice seasoned to taste

(from 16 to 19 hours)
snack: a fruit to taste + 5
nuts Snack: tea + 10 almonds

(starting at 20 at 22)
Dinner: Roasted tomato salad + bread + 30g
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast + lettuce + 30 grams of bread

Before going to bed: a chamomile
Before going to bed: a purifying herbal tea

REMEMBER: If between-meal hunger and the other is there my advice is to resist, but if your hunger is more physically and mentally then treat yourself to only cucumber, fennel and carrots!
