Group Diet - Day Seven!

Without wasting time we shot the Seventh Day Diet;)

DIET ADVICE (read carefully) : I will give two options for each meal, so choose one you like best - you have to drink about a liter and half of water a day, something better than less - just fill in the fridge cucumbers, carrots and fennel are the only food that will save you from hunger between meals and other things - like your seasonings, but remember that eating slightly flavored is good for circulation, blood, heart - remember to apply moisturizer every day - remember to walk briskly at least 45 minutes a day - followed a very time - follow the diet correctly, the only way you will see results .

(from 7am to 9am)
Breakfast: a cup of green tea + biscuits
3 Breakfast: a coffee barley rusks

+ 3 (from 10 to hours 12)
snack: a fruit smoothie
and milk Snack: fruit juice

(starting at 13 at 15)
Lunch: slice of meat to taste grilled vegetables +
Lunch: fish + grilled vegetables to taste

(from 16 to 19 hours)
Snack: 2
yogurt Snack: 5

wholemeal biscuits (from 20 hours at 22)
Dinner: 50 grams of rice seasoned to taste + 30 g cheese
Dinner: boiled vegetables to taste + 30 grams of bread

Before bedtime: Green tea

REMEMBER: If between-meal hunger and the other is there my advice is to resist, but if your hunger is more physical only then treat yourself to a mental cucumber, fennel and carrots!
